Issued with an obi, 4-page gatefold insert featuring English & Japanese lyrics & Japanese liner notes, and a 6"x6" insert with a color photo of the tubes crowded into the "Tubes" square (empty on cover) with English credits on reverse.Running times are taken from the Japanese insert and differ slightly from those shown on virtually every other vinyl issue worldwide.
The Tubes fifth album, their last original studio album for A&M.
Japanese pressing, states "Made in Japan/Alfa Records, Inc." on back at bottom.
Front cover says "The Tubes.....Remote Control...." the same as the original US issue except the text appears over a blue band, as if it were done on a teletype or one of those Dymo label guns.
