Stereo pressing on deep grooved blue and green 'white fan' labels (1960–1962).This earliest version has the '157 West 57 Street' address at the bottom rear sleeve, and liner notes that begin their second column with "Before I go into detail". A slightly later repress ([r=11088455]) moves the address to Broadway and rearranges the rear sleeve typography.
