Notes
Post-1963 US reissue on green labels. Not to be mixed with a later reissue in the same sleeve and similar labels. They can be distinguished by that this earlier reissue has a semi-deep groove and the other issue does not. This issue also originally came with Contemporary inner sleeve from 1963 which the non-deep groove reissue did not.-Contemporary Records inner sleeve from 1963.
