Non-misprint version with corrected inner sleeve: lists B5 title as Heartbeat City and corrects the mastering credit to [a=George Marino] at [l=Sterling Sound].

See [r=6029853] for misprint version of [l=Allied Record Company] pressing, with B5 titled "Jacki" on inner sleeve, and mastering credited to "[a=Bob Ludwig] at Master Disk, New York, N.Y."

This release has stamped "SRC" logo along with a "SPAR" etching and a "B-#####"-type matrix number in runouts, which indicates that the plating (processing/metalwork) was done at [l=Specialty Records Corporation] but the record itself was actually pressed at [l=Allied Record Company].
Remainder of runouts etched, Sterling logo stamped.

Issued in gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeve with lyrics, photo and credits.
