Textured gatefold sleeve.Unlike other releases, the lyric sheet does not have the 'His Master's Voice' symbol on the top left hand side and it is attached to the inside cover, not as a separate 'insert'. The lyric sheet is one sided.
The left hand side of the inner gatefold has track listings in Japanese & English along with track timings and a photo of the group. The right hand side of the inner gatefold has biographies in Japanese of the band members.
It is not certain whether a poster was also included in this set as per other releases.
