Issued in a gatefold sleeve with a Label-545814 obi, a lyric insert, and a black inner sleeve.- No Apple logo on back cover.
- Centre labels state "MFD. BY TOSHIBA MUSICAL INDUSTRIES LTD. JAPAN" in two lines.
- Insert states "東芝音楽工業株式会社" (= Label-299509).
- Back cover states "東芝EMI株式会社" (= Label-8185.)
- Spine has three black stars, red "STEREO", and a red dot.
Probably released in late 1973 (after Label-299509 was renamed to Label-8185. in October 1973).
