Semi-gloss gatefold with aqua coloured obi with black text and single-page insert with tracklistings in Japanese and English and Japanese liner notes all on one side of the insert. Track durations listed on the insert. On the vinyl there is no break between tracks B1 and B2 and therefore the total times for both tracks are presented i.e. 20:04Release title on front cover and insert: Focus 3
