This time we have arrived the classic jazz bass type "N-JB-ALR Black" in black color.It weighs 4.38kg and was purchased in November 2022. A hard maple neck is joined to the alder body with lacquer finish.The shape uses a "vintage U shape", making it extremely easy to play.The 20F fingerboard with clay dots is Honduran roadwood. The pickup is equipped with Seymour Duncan's "ANTIQUITY" set.Like the vintage model, it features flat-set Alnico 2 magnets, a cross cable, lacquer, and black paraffin wax impregnation to perfectly reproduce the sound and appearance.As a pickup for jazz bass, it is positioned at the highest peak. The controls are simple 2VOL/1TONE.We are particular about the hardware, such as the vintage-style spiral saddle and GOTOH pegs, making this a high-quality bass that can be used in all genres. According to the Navigator's official website, ``In order to create a thick, punchy tone, not just the so-called dead and clean JB tone, we paid close attention to the utmost in everything from the selection of alder wood to the detailed finishing.'' When I actually played it, I got the impression that the quality was quite high.Even among domestically produced instruments, Navigator instruments are particularly reliable. Personally, if I had to choose one JB type other than the original one, I might choose this one.It has a proper vintage feel to it, and is completely different from the ESP, so I would recommend it.This is the royal road to rock!
