Tokai Musical Instruments Manufacturing (Tokai), whose predecessor was Tokai Musical Instruments Research Institute, established in 1947, began producing and selling classical guitars, acoustic guitars, and electric guitars in the 1960s.In the 1970s, we formed technical alliances with overseas brands and released the ST series and LS series to the domestic electric guitar industry.Its high quality quickly became a hot topic, and as one of the few factories with the spirit of craftsmanship, it continues to produce many high-quality guitars.

What has arrived this time is the "LSS-101", a Tokai-style LP model that draws on the lineage of the Gibson Les Paul Special, which was newly born from the renewal of Tokai Gakki's guitar lineup.Made in 2025, weight is 3.87kg.

"LSS-101" is produced at a domestic factory and boasts a high level of perfection.A single cutaway mahogany body, a mahogany 1P neck, a P-90 type pickup, and an orange drop capacitor provide a clear, rich midrange and powerful tone.

In addition to the P-90's thick and powerful sound, the expressive tone that faithfully outputs the nuances of the performance can be said to be the unique sound that only the Les Paul Special can produce.It is good at not only hard rock, but also jazzy and bluesy tones, and will be useful in a wide range of genres.
