Gibson's ES-175 began production in 1949 as a full acoustic guitar with cutaway.It features a 16-1/4 inch body width and a 24-3/4 inch medium scale, making it a smaller size than other full acoustics.

The classic material is made of maple and poplar laminated bodies, rosewood fingerboards, and mahogany neck.This is the serial number "02692714" and the internal label says "Aged".The two pickups are installed, and they have decals from "Patent Applied For" attached.It will probably be the original "57Classic".The pegs are green keys, the bridge is ABR-1, and compared to the official specs, the tailpiece may be from the old 175 style to the normal one, and the knobs may have changed to the original speed knob to "Top Hat Knobs", but this may be original.
