Picture sheet with artist name on front in Japanese only and track titles in Japanese more prominent than English. On back of the picture sheet are tracklistings in Japanese and English, Japanese language liner notes and English lyrics to track A, "Ooh Poo Pah Doo".Japanese and English titles for track A on front sheet, オ・ウー・プー・パ・ドゥー = Ooh Woo Poo Pah Doo are both incorrect.
Japanese track title is incorrect everywhere on release i.e. on front and back of the picture sheet and on side A label; プー = Woo has been added to the title.
The correct English track title "Ooh Poo Pah Doo" is present on the back of the sheet (twice) and one Side A label.
