This Japanese pressing has an outer textured gatefold sleeve that is thick card and die-cut. There is an attached obi. The front cover art is unique for this album and there is an attached 8-page leaflet inside the gatefold, with pages 1, 2, 7 and 8 being single pages, while pages 3 to 6 are divided midway and horizontally into two sections (see pics). Inside the gatefold, tracklistings are in both Japanese and English and the 8-page leaflet contains Japanese language liner notes and both English and Japanese lyrics to songs. The back cover picture is the front cover image seen on all other countries' releases.

This Japanese pressing is also unique for any [m336063] album releases in that it has the extra track (B7) "Walkers' Message"; which is a verbal message from The Walker Brothers to their Japanese fans.

Track times are on labels.

The Japanese title for this album is 永遠の which translates into English as "Eternal" rather than "Images" and is stated on the obi, inside the gatefold and on labels. The Japanese title イメージス = Images is only present once on page 1 on the attached leaflet.
