With Obi, Inner Sleeve, and 2 Booklets. Disc has many hairlines, and stains on label. Sleeve has noticeable stains all over, and corner bumped. Obi and Booklets has stains as well, and Obi has small tears in several parts. Sleeve on the rear and Obi has "¥4000" sticker.
