Recorded April 14, 1957.This stereo reissue was manufactured in the US for export and sale in Japan, sometime between the time Label-299509 assumed Blue Note licensing in 1966 and prior to the company's name change to Label-8185 in 1973.「直輸入盤」on the obi translates to 'direct import version.' Albums included a Japanese insert, and were sealed with shrink wrap, with obi placed on top of wrapping.
