This is the original initial first version obi with 45r.p.m. printed on the bottom next to the catalog number. Record actually plays at 33r.p.m. and the play speed 33 1/3 r.p.m. is printed on the label (45r.p.m. is unnecessarily printed on the obi).Comes with obi and insert sheet with liner notes by Koh Sakai, the English lyrics transcriptions and a monochrome photo discography.
The obi has text which hypes this release as a 来日記念盤=rainichi kinen-ban(Japan visit commemorative release) and a ミニ・アルバム5曲入り=mini arubamu 5-kyoku-iri(mini album with 5 songs or 5 track mini album)
