Promotional issue with an obi and two inserts: double-sided single page with English lyric + 4-page gatefold Japanese lyrics & liner notes with full-color artwork on 1st page.White promo labels have 見本盤 ("Sample Disc") printed on them.
Running times are taken from the Japanese insert and appear to be unique to this release as the running times were not shown on virtually every other vinyl issue worldwide.
