Gate fold sleeve with a two sided, one page insert Insert attached to the inside of the sleeve with:- Japanese liner notes on the first side written by 三浦憲 = Ken Miura

The Japanese title for album is 光なき世界, which is also the Japanese title for track A1, Blind Eye.
Originally included wide obi with attached welcome red texted white strip (all one piece), which celebrated the band's tour in Japan in 1975. The red text states 来日記念盤 = Japan visit commemorative edition.
The date is identified on the lower right of the back sleeve ℗ '75.
