Original vinyl copies released in the UK and Europe included an inner sleeve showing the group recording the album. There were two plants for this release in the UK: Label-266218 & Label-141989, both manufactured with rainbow paper labels. Another was pressed in Germany with black/silver labels but used a thinner quality vinyl. All three pressings use the same catalogue, # AHALH 8007.
