Otherwise identical to [r=12613132] but this version has [a804570] in the runouts, while the latter credits [a294328] with an ANV of DB in the runouts.

Original issues come with a glossy cover and a two-sided IMP/Demon catalogue insert dated 'Spring/Summer 1984' and advertising the entire Elvis Costello reissue series up through FIEND 36. Plain white 'Made in Great Britain' inner sleeve.
