Matte cover with obi and 4-page insert with both Japanese and English tracklistings on page 1 and both English and Japanese lyrics to songs on pages 2 to 4. Japanese language sleeve notes on back cover. Original pressings also had a 250 mm x 270 mm Cat Stevens artwork print on hard card with a printed Cat Stevens' signature (see pic).

Japanese title for this release on obi and insert is 墓に咲くバラ = Grave Rose, while the Japanese title for track A1 Lady D'Arbanville is very similar to the Japanese album title i.e. 墓に咲く花 = Flowers On The Grave

For track B4: "Time" is continuous with "Fill My Eyes"
