Record: slightly warped, scuff, noise, spindle marks. Cover: ring wear, corner bump, corner slightly bent, foxing inside. With: sticker sheet, insert (both with foxing)

With obi cap, insert, 28X28cm of sticker sheet & survey reply card. Sleeve & additional items are close to condtion "NM".
